It was a good app, but whit release 2.2.1 either the sky is quite cloudy either all stars have disappered...please fix! What is the use of a black screen?

Maybe when this app will work flawlessly it will be a nice one. At the present (ver 3.3.3) it looks a lot a beta version! Some button is not active(?), some function doesnt do what it is supposed to do. The menu/submenu are not intuitive, you just keep tapping to know what is active and what is not, as on the screen nothing happens. Option activation is sometimes slow, sometimes it stacks in a mode and you have to reopen.... Its subpar, it needs a lot of work to become acceptable. The Premium version is even more disappointing. I rated 2 stars for the potential, hoping they will fix it.

There are so many areas for improvement with this app it is not possible to list them all, and I do not suggest you use it nor upgrade to their premium product; I have not upgraded and have no plans to. I suggest you try Pocket Universe instead. For starters, the interface is clunky and unwieldly. Function icons are not clearly labeled, and occupy valuable display space on my phone. I should be able to hide these icons to make full use of my phones display or they should auto-hide themselves in some off-screen fashion. To continue, pop-up information does not clear itself and gets in the way of the skyview display. The app continued to display data about Mars when I had navigated away from that planets view in the "orbital" view. The app also does not remove information that is no longer relevant to the star/planet/satellite object that I am no longer looking at through the app. There is no obvious control that actually removes these info pop-ups; the control only resizes the pop-ups but does not remove them. Additionally, the stars all have "lens-flare" or "starburst" effects that wont turn off. A control needs to be plainly and obviously named that can disable this effect. Finally, the "night vision" mode should be just that: everything should be low-HSV color or red. When this option is turned on, the app does not use an appropriate color scheme. The list goes on, but these are some of the most obvious items that can be improved upon.

You need to learn their organization but it has a lot of good features.

I really like the displays to go with this app. The menu at the top is hard to understand and when you push one of the but its hard to get back to the start. These need instructions on what they are and how they work. Otherwise I like the displays which I could to buy mostly luck.

When I take my daughter and son outdoors at night, its a real pleasure to point out the constellations and planets. SkyOrb makes stargazing easy!

And educational to boot.

Do not expect to just click on the icons and figure this one out

I think the application should be made public, instead of private viewing on the Internet. People would be amazed when they hear a good explanation of just what they are looking at

Iphone 5s. Crashes on start up. Needs fix as if u didnt notice !!!!!

This app no longer works on my phone since the update came out. Would be nice if this was fixed

I downloaded this app update a short time ago and when I tried to exit the app my screen went black and within a few seconds I was looking at the Apple Logo. It took my iPad at least a few minutes to reboot but it felt longer. This is only the second time since the completion of the iOS 7 upgrade that iOS has crashed. The first time was in early December of 2013. I am using an iPad 2 running iOS 7.0.4 and I just deleted the app and I currently have no plans to reinstall it.

I downloaded version 2.2.2 and it doesnt work. The screen is black.

I just upgraded and now the program wont start. Please have a fix ASAP.

Downloaded your new version on both my iPhone and iPad and now both dont open at all - I just get a blank screen. I deleted and reinstalled but got the same results. Please fix.
